Manchester Chiapas Support Group Meeting

We are arranging a meeting for a new Manchester Chiapas Support Group. The meeting will be held at the Basement Cafe in Manchester city centre.

The meeting date will be arranged in the next few days.
The aim of the group will be to support community iniatives in Chiapas, such as School, Medical Centres and co-operatives (eg coffee producers). We will liase with other groups in the UK (eg Kiptik in Bristol and the Edinburgh Chiapas Group). We hope that this should enable us to arrange for guest speakers, such as people who have visited the Zapatista communities, to come and do presentations in Manchester.
