Swansea against the war!

The Swansea Coalition Against the War will be meeting at 7.30 pm in the Friends meeting House ,St Helens Rd on tuesday 23 rd August to discuss how the September demonstration in London against the War can be built.
All are welcome!
The London demonstration,which will take place just before the Labour Party's annual conference will have the following themes:
Stop The War in Iraq
Defend the Moslem community
Defend our civil rights.

Why do you say "Defend the Muslim community"?
In Iraq not everyone is Muslims, there are also Christians and secular people, surely the war must also be affecting them, in fact given the climate of Islamofascism in the country they are probably much more affected than ordinary Muslims.

I think the phrase "Defend the Muslim Community" refers to the ideological offensive in the UK against Muslims being carried out by the government and media and the racist backlash from 7/7
