Basically.
A mum of two faces losing her home after she lost a lawsuit
agaisnt police over the death of her mother.
Loraine Whiting, was 49 when she died 10 years ago after
she was shot by her estranged husband who then killed
himself.
Even though he as dead on the floor and Loraine
repeatedly told armed offficers he was dead, she bled
to death while cautious cops waited in her garden for an
hour.
Daughter Catherine Elvin, 35, of Winfarthing, Norfolk took
Kent Polioce to court but lost the case and now she will be
forced to sell her home to pay £90000 legal costs....

Corrupt British legal system

Was the cases tried by a white, male, private school educated, upper class British establishment judge, likely to also be a member of the masons like so many British police? Or was it tried by a jury?
