Would you be interested in learning more about the challenges faced by communities in the state of Chiapas in south-east Mexico and how the 'communities in resistance' have managed to sustain alternative social and political structures in the face of state hostility.

Our aim is to raise awareness of the Zapatista struggle for the rights of indigenous peoples of Mexico.

We would like to hold a meeting in September to co-ordinate this new initiative.
