Zimbabweans who were on hunger strike and have now been released from
detention with friends and supporters will gather outside the High Court on
Tuesday the 4 August for the hearing of two test cases challenging the
Secretary of State's refusal to accept fresh claims from Zimbabweans where
the issue raised is risk on return as a failed asylum seeker. A full hearing
will follow if permission is granted.
