Helicopter caused repeating danger to hundreds of people. No action was taken against the Coppola’s Apocalypse Now attack flight alike flying. Helicopter Flight resembled much Apocalypse Now attack flight helicopter flights in the jungle.

LOW FLIGHT HELICOPTER CAUSED REPEATING DANGER IN TIKKURILA CITY CENTER
Finland, Vantaa – At Tikkurila City Railway Station and close range to its Shopping Mall –Very Low above the Shopping Mall and Low above between The Houses-, attack helicopter like flying was committed by a white helicopter, which paid attention of many people in the area and scared them at Wednesday later afternoon (4.50 pm). Flying Helicopter caused repeating danger, and no action was taken against the Coppola’s Apocalypse Now attack flight alike flying by the Finnish Police Force.
White Small Helicopter circled in an uncontrolled way rocking from one side to another within a radius of a few hundred meters around Tikkurila City’s Railway Station causing repeating and immediate danger to the civilians close by.
Helicopter made several Low-Fligh flights between three to six floors high Block of Flats and very close to lower houses roofs, as well as on top of the Railway power lines against the Aviation Act. Helicopter Flight resembled much Apocalypse Now attack flight helicopter flights in the jungle. Taken action with a civilian type helicopter violates and is against the Aviation Act.
Person having flown the helicopter is likely to the mentally disturbed, since not understood the based of his act, nor the immediate danger caused.

Let us also express, that Finland does not use Police Helicopters in a similar way to Miami or any other USA City, thus it is extremely rare to come across anything like this in Socialist Finland, which is very much like Russia in the Legal Respect.
