Badly designed poll.

The check boxes beside the voting instructions lead you to believe that by clearing one of them you're voting for the alternative. Instead they record your vote for the option that you're trying to clear.
I think the poll will have many errors because of this. Many people voting "No" will vote "Yes" by mistake (as I did!).
