Pro choice action near american ambassy Netherlands

The right for abortion should be expanded worldwide. But G.W. Bush does his best to make it more difficult for woman to have acces to this aspect of health care.
By nominating John G. Roberts(catholic, antichoice, conservative) for the US supreme court he tries to disturb the balance between liberals and conservatives. If the senat will accept Roberts as a suppreme judge abortion will become more difficult in US for the following decennia

Because G.W. Bush has nominated John G. Roberts, a conservative catholic, notorios antichoice judge for the Supreme Court, it is nececarry to take action.
If the US senat will accept this man, abortion will be a lot more difficult in the US for the coming decennia. This will affect the lives of millions of women.
Thats why i went to the american ambassy in den Hague, Netherlands, yesterday, to make a pro choice statement.
i call everyone who finds the right to abortion worldwide important and worth defending, to walk around near american ambassies and consulats, wearing pro choice statements.
So i went there carrying a sign John Roberts will kill womens rights(see photograph),a t shirt pro choice and womens rights signs on my face.
i stood as near as possible to the gates around the ambassy and was trying to read out my statement.

This is what i was trying to read out loud in front of the american ambassy in den Hague, but the cop who had nothing better to do started destroying the paper and took it.

"The fact that George W. Bush, who created more than we can mention trouble in the world allready, nominates John Roberts, a catholic conservative, as supreme judge can be a deadly blow for reproductive rights for women in the US.
There used to be balance between liberal and conservatives in supreme court. If Roberts will be accepted by the senat this balance will be no longer. This means an immens threat for the right for abortion.
George W. Bush has done enough harm to reproductive rights.
By his abstinence only sex education campaign in US and (especially taken up by the Catholic church) in Afrika young people are told that not taking safe contraceptives and condoms is the best option, but havind no sex at all till you marry.
This is not only ridiculous in those modern times, but allso it has never worked. It means that women are left with all the consequences of unwished pregnances. And it allso mean that they often carry the blame of their societies for it.
Bush has allso allways openly and constantly supported the antiabortion movement. Even wenn extremely violent sekts like "the army of god"were part of the antichoice demo, Bush spoke to encourage the demonstraters.
Army of god is responsible for attacks on abortion clinics and gaybars, and allso for killing and wounding abortion health care workers and guards of clinics.
Since G>W> Bush is in power US spends a lot less money for reproductive health care in poor countries than before his time.
I ask you to fight for womens rights in this period before the senat in US will speak out if they accept Roberts."

cops didnt allow me to read it. all my action material was taken from me and i was arrested and fined for disturbing the public life.
Its important that between now and september, when the senat will do the hearings and decide if they accept Roberts, as much as possible pro choice actions are done, even small actions.
Do your own action, or at least walk with visible pro choice statements on your clothes and/or face or however as near as possible to american ambassy (for example in den Hague) or the american consulat( near the rijksmuseum in Amsterdam)
Or - if you live in other countries: do it there.
Publish about your action.
