We all go about our business
We all try hard to survive
Yet we are all drawn in to this
As those who rule us lie
I'm a pacifist by persuasion
A coward by decree
There are thousands in this world
With the same viewpoint as me !

We never learn our lessons
From what has gone before
We never seem to be satisfied
We just want more, more, more

Some of us will never be happy
Till everybody's dead
Then who will we fight against ?
You can't re-kill the dead !

Terror, horror all the same
No matter where you go
Does it matter who's to blame ?
Its murder, we all know

Focus in on London
Press ban on Iraq
No matter what our leaders say
Those dead aint coming back

I'm not interested in yer reasons
I'm fed up with yer lies
Thousands are dieing for nothing
If you'd just open yer eyes

Brainwashed kids
And young squaddies
Are fighting all yer wars
Whilst you sit back so smugly
Manipulating scores

The people want a stop to war
That's why they took to the streets
But you the elected leaders
Won't admit defeat
