Is it just me getting sick of the crap being posted to the wire recently... I want to see the news people are posting about what they are doing.

Perhaps the poster is really Roy Meadows. In any case, I don't think this has been looked at by a statistician. On what basis is it calculated? Does anyone know exactly how many drills there are in London? And is it assumed that drills are merely random events that take place at certain intervals, or has it been considered that drills might be more frequent at a time and place when there is a chance of a real attack happening?
