unmarked police cars for FIT team outside the IMC

the question remains: does section 60 also allow parking of police cars right across the sidewalk? Or were the cops in such a hurry and afraid that their suspects could run away?

y do u hav a problem wit the police parking like that? Does it affect you? Perhaps they were seperating to 1/2s of the pavement?
