Interesting. The police appear disconcerted by the clowns.

The clowns do a great job of diffusing the fear that the police generate in situations like this. Far more useful to the cause than smashing up the place. Violence breeds violence, surely there's more than enough of that already?

Firstly - The Clowns did not 'chase' the Police away. It looked more like that the Police were happy that nothing was going to 'kick off' there and were perhaps needed elsewhere.

It seems that people deliberately try to wind the police up. The drawing on the riot shields is Criminal Damage, the police could have arrested for it, but didnt, so are they generating fear? No is the answer your looking for.

It ticks me off the way people wind the Police up and then complain, moan and winge when they get a reaction.

Boo-hoo, Cornish, you crybaby. "Why are they upsetting the cops?" When we try to excercise our rights they crack us over the skull with a billy club. That's the way it is, and I never complain about it. Who worries about "winding" cops up? Hopefully they do get wound up and they get our message: Us against them, no compromise, no backing down, against all authority.

As to the comments on the "effectiveness" of the clowns: Every confrontation with authority is a victory, no matter how small. Period.

victoryordeath you are an idiot! "The police stops us from exercising our right" they only stop you because they are orderd to! If i was an officer and the clown drew on my riot shield, i wouldn't hit them i would pull out my gun! If everybody would start hatting on the politicians and not the police this world would be a lot beter! You wish to rebel against authority! A statement like that proves that you are either an 13 yo child or an uninployed loser with to much beer and time on his hands! I hope one day you do piss off a cop and get beat the crap out of you!
