24 police vans seen heading north

Late Sunday afternoon, the People's Patrol spotted three convoys of police vans, a group of 8 motorcycle police and a tractor trailer loaded with steel barricades.
The convoys travelled on the A72 and M74. All will have by now arrived at their destinations. The police vans seat between 12-14 people and appeared to be full.

Using conference and lecture facilities as well as accomodation.
Counted sunday:
6 fast patrol/response cars
9 bikes
6 vans/hired minibus
1 4x4
all of that parked temporarially at the main entrance, much more in the accomodation car parks.
Some of the vans contained Met riot squads.
Estimate 400+ officers there.
Total accomodation capacity of riccarton campus is about4,000?
