2005 WORLD STUPIDITY NOMINEES ARE IN

Now it is time for you to VOTE for the “Oscars of Idiocy”!

Voting is now open to select the stupidest moments, people, and acts of the year. Nominees include everyone from Prince Harry, for “Dumbest Moment of the Year,” to Senator John Kerry, for “Stupidest Man of the Year”. Last year’s favourite, President George W. Bush, has also been nominated in several categories. Other nominees include Paris Hilton, Ann Coulter and Russell Crowe in one of the 11 categories!

The World Stupidity Awards takes place annually at the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal, and will be hosted by the Daily Show’s Lewis Black.

Last year, Saddam Hussein received the Lifetime Achievement Award for Stupidity, and US President George W. Bush won the award for Reckless Endangerment of the Planet.

Do not wait anymore; let your opinions be heard; and put a spotlight on ignorance.
