MEDICAL RESULTS
The hunger striker Zulkuf Murat Bora on 18/06/2005, 33rd day of hunger strike was transfered in the hospital "Agios Pavlos", where we found out that his blood pressure is extremely low when standing up, so it was decided to be transfered in the pathological department, so as to be on constant medical care. After the laboratory test it was found that he's got leucopenia, hypoglychaemia and cetonuria.
The hunger striker refuses any kind of medical treatment and he persists on his decision to drink only water. He is facing a new hypoglychaemic episode during the 34th day of hunger strike (19/06/2005) and his weight is already 51 kg (he used to be 65 kg on 17/05/2005 and 55 kg on 15/06/2005).
Conclusion: the health condition of the hunger striker is critical, since there is danger of irreversible damage to his vital organs, such as his
kidneys and his brain (due to frequent hypogluchaemic episodes)
