EDO Injunction Prisoner Released

Anti-war demonstration legal observer Paul Leoniowski was today released on bail
from Lewes prison after a Crown Court Judge overturned a Brighton District Judge's
decision to remand him for a minor breach of EDO MBMs controversial interim civil
injunction
There will now be a pre-trial review at Brighton Magistrates court on Thursday 23rd
10am, (PLEASE NOTE: Not weds 22 at lewes crown court as wrongly stated in the
previous press release) Because the maximum penalty is five years Paul has a right
to a jury trial in the Crown Court which he has requested.There will be a support
demonstration outside Brighton magistrates court from 9:30am.Thursday 23rd .
Demonstrations continue outside EDO MBM in Home Farm Road,Brighton every Wednesday
4-6pm.
Paul is as having a beer.
