helpful suggestion re images from video

eileen - thought u might like to know for future ref - u can get better quality pictures from video stills if u 'de-interlace' the image - in photoshop u can find this option in 'filters/video/de-interlace' - doesn't matter which field u use - basically the video image is a 'blend' of 2 images - so if u remove one then u get better clearer pictures without the fuzzy motion lines along edges of colour!
