Why did EU Founders France and the Netherlands vote NO?

The Netherlands - June 4 - 2005 - Like the French last week-end, the Dutch have overwhelmingly voted NO in the referendum on the treacherous EU Treaty. With nearly all ballots counted, unofficial results showed a thunderous 61,6 percent voted "NO" while 38,4 percent said "YES". The level of opposition and the turnout of 62,8 percent exceeded all projections.

Voting 'NO' to a treacherous 'treaty' for a new European neocon Superstate and wars 'Constitution', the Dutch voters (61.6 %) used their NO as a sledgehammer between the eyes of their misleaders. Rightfully so, because who wants to sign a blank check for future wars by the US/NATO/EU-Army, without a UN Security Council mandate and as a crime against humanity?

The by eighty-one percent (81%) of the people despised dutch 'christian' neocon Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende conceded defeat Wednesday night and said his government would accept the will of the people. But no one of the government's incompetent crooks resposible for the present disasters, is willing to leave office, they have absolutely no shame nor honour left.

It's even thought that the 'vote counters' refrained from using electronic 'rigging' techniques - like in the election-rigging US there's no 'paper trail' from the 'voting' machines in Holland - because in the bitter end 'fixing' the results had become 'too dangerous'. One of the TV polls the night before the referendum showed namely a too big a difference by a sixty-five percent NO votes, and twenty-five% YES votes!*

There was no room left anymore for 'plausible deniability', even if all by the government faked opinion polls (Bureau Interview/NSS was the worst) until the last hours maintained that the 'YES' vote was getting very close. Predicting a totally faked and impossible 49/51 percent turnout with a small 2 percent difference which after one of those usual faked and simulated 'debates' in the 'sell out' parliament would have made a neocon 'YES' possible.

It turned out to be a whopping 24% gap full of winning 'NO' votes, which couldn't be 'faked away'.

The angry NO vote by the fed-up Dutch is based on bad experiences of the past years with the growing 'Superstate' in which the 16 million Dutch were promised a 'Great Europe without Borders' - with the freedom to travel anywhere 'without even needing a passport anymore'.

'APARTHEID' IN THE NETHERLANDS?

The reality is, that we now in the Netherlands live in an 'Apartheid state', where we like earlier in South Africa can get fined and even arrested when we leave our house without an ID card: ''On average a little more than 100 fines a day were issued to people who could not produce identification in January. Since a new law came into effect on News Year's Day [2005] obliging everyone above the age of 14 to carry ID, authorities have issued 3,300 fines, news agency Novum reported. The often malignant and corrupt [Barosso*] 'politicians' in Brussels promised 'One Great Europe', with - as one of the advantages - the 'Euro' as the new currency. The people were warned that 'live might become up to a half percent more expensive'.

In reality more dutch middle class people are going bankrupt than ever, with a fast growing number of people complaining that 'prices have doubled' and their economy is in shambles.

Two years ago four thousand people got free food from one of the 'free food organizations' in Amsterdam. A month ago - and this is still one of the 'richest' countries on earth - poverty had ten folded: more than fourty-thousand (40.000) people in the Netherlands today find themselves standing in line at that same free food center to get something to eat. ''Because otherwise'', as they say: "We and our families will starve". And the neocon government goes on plundring, preparing the EU for a blueprint of the illegal american Patriot Act.

I see very little people in the average supermarkets buying meat after the fifteenth or so...when too much of the month is left, and too little Euros. The worst national shame being that Holland is among the richest countries on earth, but still has around one million people 'vegetating' on the poverty line, according to the government's own figures.

But the Dutch Air Force is buying totally unnecessary 'Joint Strike Fighter' planes for many hard needed billions. Signing the contract with bribing Lockheed a month after politician and election winner in spé Prof. Pim Fortuyn who was against the JSF, was gunned down in the street on May 6th 2002. People voted NO too, because the same neocon gangsters that also keep robbing and wrecking the global economy, now again shoved a 439 pages fine print 'blank check' under the Dutch noses, urging all to sign. Topping off their imbecile arrogance by also threatening with everything negative possible, from 'staggering unemployment figures' to 'electricity black outs', 'a new Srebrenica slaughter because of war in the Balkans' and even in a TV message threatening with another Holocaust, which of course was done by the despicable dutch neocon EU parliamentarians from the ill famous conservative party VVD. PEOPLE ARE NOT CLEVER ENOUGH?

The neocon Dutch government's 'investigations' of the people's complaints - with the government's own 'commissions' of course - certainly never found any fault. Justice in the Netherlands has been killed a long tome ago: impartial judges are very rare, and to most of them 'Justice' means "Just us".

Even 'People are not clever enough' - was said by the people's own civil servants in The Hague, which are mostly corrupt in different shades with some of those 'nouveau riches' even calling themselves 'Excellency'. Small criminal 'Emperors' without clothes. [ http://tinyurl.com/d72v3] The so called 'ministers' also said 'the people were to stupid to understand the exchange rates and couldn't count'.

Apparently they themselves can't count either: according to the 'Nederlandse Bank' director Brouwers on TV, and many other high ranking financial specialists, the Dutch 'Guilder' currency was 'sold out' ten percent below it's net worth, enlarging the economical disaster for the taxpayers and as usual enriching 'The Banks of London'.

The neocon robbers involved - after the overwhelming vote of distrust by two thirds of the people - kept denying Brouwers even ever said so... While everybody could see and hear it on dutch national propaganda TV.

Those thieves will end up in court the very second justice returns to Holland. The tide always turns!

An investigation by the Dutch weekly HP/De Tijd - published exactly two years ago in May 2003 under the cover title "The Euro Disaster" confirmed - by comparing the cost of living 'before' and 'after' the introduction of the Euro - that the overall cost of living at least had gone up with forty-nine-dot-one percent (49.1%).

That was two years ago. And even one of the most despicable neocon Euro-'Kommissars' - Dutchman Fritz Bolkestein - had a moment of truth: "If I had known which effect the introduction of the Euro would have on the European Monetary Union", Bolkestein in a rare moment of honesty admitted the day before the referendum: "I would never have advocated it and gone along."

No wonder the maltreated Dutch have (finally) sharpened their knives, because the collaborators working for the multinationals 'managing' Holland which call themselves 'journalists', specialists, experts etc. - day and night drowned the country in a tsunami of lies in a false ticker tape parade of ''YES! EU''- propaganda. All financed by the taxpayers of course, who are apparently seeing through the mainstream media's country-wide fog of lies.

But even in the official EU brochures the word 'taxes' was left out; to avoid making people think about the dreary fact that they are paying the crook's bills.

The Dutch seem not to be willing to accept anymore that Holland is #6 of the richest countries in the world, while they - after Sweden - pay the highest taxes in the world, getting less and less in return of the 6 months a year they 'tax-work' for the 'government'. The greedy neocons 'running' the Netherlands, the criminal lot of insurance companies, London banks and other non-taxed multinationals at work in Holland, are stripping the country and people in the same way the nefarious neocons do in the United States, England etc.

They are 'Starving the Beast' without any scruples and must absolutely be stopped and replaced by normal human beings representing the people.

A poll published two weeks ago, showed nineteen percent (19) favorable towards the neocon 'government' with an overwhelming eighty-one (81) percent dumping PM Balkenende and his hypocritical 'christian' neocons.

More and more people openly say this hypocritical 'christian' so called 'Prime Minister' and his gang should be treated like the former Rumanian presidential crook Ceaucescu - [ http://tinyurl.com/b8qjo] - but get a fair trial and be put in court as soon as is possible because of crimes against humanity in illegal american neocon wars too.*

The many reasons how and why the new 'Treaty for a European Constitution'* is very undemocratic and dangerous to peoples lives and well being, is very well shown in this excellent summing up, with all the important points why nobody ever should sign this blank check.* It has however nothing to do with 'left' or 'right': humanity is divided in the groups 'givers' and 'takers'.

The US/Israeli 'neocons' and their London banks have for more than a century been slyly growing into the worst exponents on earth of the 'takers'. Victims of their despicable 'War of Terror' are all the 'givers'. The ignorant 'no opinion' people too; because they're paying without understanding or being able to comprehend the dirty scheme.

MILITARIZATION: SECRET AGREEMENTS AND NO UNITED NATIONS APPROVAL

There is a whole series of top secret agreements between the European Union Council, the United States, Israel, England, the Netherlands and different defense forces and intelligence services, which the EU voters - and many times not even their members of parliament - are allowed to see nor hear about. But pay - for the secret militarization and infringements on their 'freedoms' - the misled taxpayer must.

Anthony Coughlan, the Secretary of the 'EU Research and Information Center' writes in his excellent article* on the NO to the EU, about the militarization of the EU, as part of the US neocon Empire, it is understood. "It militarizes the EU", Coughlan rightfully writes: "The Constitution points to the end of the formal military neutrality of Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria and Malta by replacing the 'Nice Treaty' provision that the
progressive framing of a common defense policy "MIGHT lead to a common defense, SHOULD the European Council so decide"  with the provision in the Constitution that it "WILL lead to a common defense, WHEN the European Council, acting unanimously, so decides "(Art.I-41).

That decision is clearly only a matter of time. The same Article requires all Member States "to make civilian and military capabilities available to the Union for the implementation of the common security and defense policy". The Constitution permits EU military operations to take place without a UN Charter mandate.  ( ! - HR )

Article I-16 gives the EU the power to conduct a common foreign and security policy covering "all areas of foreign policy and all questions relating to the Union's security, including the progressive framing of a common defense policy that might lead to a common defense". The same Article places Member States under an explicit constitutional obligation to refrain from following an independent foreign policy if that clashes with the EU one: "Member States shall actively and unreservedly support the Union's common foreign and security policy in a spirit of loyalty and mutual solidarity and shall comply with the Union's action in this area. They shall refrain from action contrary to the Union's interests or likely to impair its effectiveness." [ ].

Tony Bunyan, Editor of the excellent 'Statewatch', in an earlier comment: "This is another instance of secret policy making. European and national parliaments should be consulted and the texts made public so that there can be a debate as to their content and consequences.

Putting these agreements in place is not just about exchanging classified documents, it is also about the construction of a security regime for future cooperation on defense, foreign policy and justice and home affairs between the EU, non-EU states and international organizations. It is about tying in the acceding states and others into the aims and objectives of the EU-NATO-USA politico military axis." [ ]

With other words: the EU army with it's 'Rapid Deployment Forces', the US's infamous SSB-Gestapo ('Special CIA Forces' 'Rendering' -  http://tinyurl.com/89dbf) and NATO troops - all under American so called NATO command in reality - is supposed to fight wars for the neocons without asking again for a UN resolution or a mandate of the Security Council of the United Nations.

War criminals do not get a UN mandate as long as the disgustingly brutal 'Bulldozer Bolton' has not succeeded in wrecking the whole UN as is his plan. He calls it reorganizing the UN. Normally one doesn't get a mandate when committing crimes against humanity all the time, like done by the US, Israel, England, the Netherlands and what's left of the bullied and bribed 'Coalition of the Killing' in their illegal wars.*

The 'Neocon Dream' and global rule they work for has not come true yet, and through the Dutch NO vote now the plans are delayed for their 'European Province' of the US Empire which in the future still more should be striking at will and 'covering' all illegal military occupations and other murderous actions, without any United Nations Security Council's approval, sanctions nor limits.

Thanks to every day's 'home made laws' even legalizing torture - and like the EU 'Treaty' still is meant to become, there even will be - according to the neocons - 'No More War criminals'!

The Dutch have a proverb: the brutal people have taken half the world, and try to get the rest.

That's too why so many people in open disgust said NO.
