No more awkward and expensive invasions.

Now we just set up the scummiest local warlord and get him to rob the place for us.

The World Bank and IMF are now our shock troops.

Our subsidized food exports are used to ruin any local development.

We give the scum warlords aid so that they can buy our arms.

This is a win-win situation for us while Africa dies.
