Sequani Besieged by Surprise Action
imc uk | 24.05.2005 12:08 | Stop Sequani Animal Testing | Animal Liberation
As the world day for laboratory animals march in Dover was effectively rendered pointless by the police and council in Dover leading to the march being postponed, animal activists from all over the Midlands decided to hold their own unadvertised 'Day of Action for the Animals'.
The Stop Sequani Animal Testing campaign, including activists from West Midlands Animal Action and Save the Newchurch Guinea pigs amongst others held a surprise demo at Sequani animal testing labs in Ledbury followed by Gateway to Hell campaign demos in Worcester.

You only needed to inform the SSAT (Stop Sequani Animal Testing) campaign re your above post. You just needed to put the word Sequani into google and you'll see our website come up very near to the top. We're surprised you didn't do that and only opted to inform third parties.
SSAT recieved your email to veggies re the body shop testing at Sequani. If you could find the contact email address of veggies catering service in Nottingham we're pretty sure you could of found the SSAT email address just as quickly.
We rang the bodyshop's HQ after reading your email who told us that none of their products are ever tested on animals as is stated both on their products and on their website.
We then asked them are any of their products tested at Sequani clinical (human trials arm of the murderous Sequani limited) and they gave us a definative 'NO' stating that their products undergo clinical trials 'on site' only (at their own premises).
The bodyshop confirmed the above in a statement via email to the SSAT campaign.

Why have you been waiting ages to tell someone? Surely if you were as outraged as your post suggests you would have told somebody in the AR movement sooner?
Did you not contact the bodyshop over this?
>I thought writing to the papers was pointless
Why pointless? Surely most media clowns would have lapped this up as controversy and also held their own investigations into your allegations.
