Assemble 1pm Embankment, outside the station, on Victoria Embankment

Rally in Trafalgar Square with music, stalls and speakers

Well that turned out to be a damp squib didn't it ? How many attended - why it must have been nearly as many as the organisors - 20 ?

...it was a great demo and it was great to hear Galloway speak so soon after his victory at the Senate; it was also great to hear the wonderful Tony Benn - such a champion of good causes and with a warm grandfatherly approach to politics. I can't wait until the next one. I also can't wait until Thursday evening when I'll be outside the main Mark's'Sparks for the Israel Boycott - good news about extending this to another 4 stores!!
