We at libcom are planning to create a section on British Trade Unions as part of our organise section.

We'd like to list some of the major (and minor) unions, but don't want to do so uncritically, which is where you come in.

We're looking for reviews of specific trade unions (i.e., not opinions on unions in general), to go with the listing. So any suggestions please put them here and we'll try to include them.

If anyone has any particularly interesting experiences with unions/strikes that might be suitable for a longer article, that'd be good as well.
