One man's terrorist is another man's freedon fighter

Having just caught up with the process lists and been alerted to headlines appearing on US websites I have to protest at the IMCUK admins branding the people who struck on April 9th as 'spammers' and 'trolls'. Had these people been protesting against GM or G8 they would have been called activists. And what were they protesting about? The truth. Your response? Lies. It seems that they have a some kind of case. Whilst the case for an independent inquiry on 9-11 grows in the US, this site habitually hides this information and hurls insults at anybody who doesn't live within its comfort zone. How you can equate skepticism with being right wing is illogical. Maybe you view yourselves at so extremely left wing that everything else is on your right.

Decisions of what to hide and not to hide are subjective. What appears to be a breach of the editorial guidelines to one person, may not appear to be so to someone else. The decisions are made publically and collectively (on the e-mail list) -

http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-uk-features/ - and the content of the front page (all postings, porn, racist shit, right wing bollocks and all, is available if you want to see it - via the "view all" link in the editorial guidelines) of IMC UK will be determined by the people who's labour is contributed to the indymedia project.

Please take a look at the Editorial Guidelines (link at the top of the page) if you've not done so before, and please engage with the political process constructively and get involved with IMC if you want to improve it. If you really think we're an evil bunch of censoring bastards, maybe you should set up an alternative alternative media project and show us how it should be done.
