I made it clear in my title that the serious ABUSE that is eascalating is being directed from the management of NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST as landlords of 18,000 properties - 3 BILLION of HOUSING ASSETS - perpetrated vindictively and purposely against the GOOD tenants who are suffering the effects of UNLAWFUL behaviour.
