Has the UK Server been seized ?

I understand that the IMC UK server has been seized by police working for UK and US intelligence (sic)

Can an IMC'er tell us all when this occured, what were the circumstances and what information was on the server at the time. I understand a legal injuction has been served on IMC UK to prevent them talking to the wider media however this must be a case where the law should be ignored.
