Samba mayhem.
Samba mayhem.

The march which started at Clerkenwell green and finished in Haggerston park hackney, attracted several hundred people (and cops) to north east London. It was noisy with both the Samba band and a sound system and finished with speeches. At one point it passed immigration facility 'Communication House' where a petition was handed in over the practices there. Asylem Seekers are forced to 'sign on' in the building where they are often grabbed for deportation. Imagine fleeing torture and repression and then being forced to go every two weeks to building not knowing if your about to be detained and returned to your abusers? Very humane....
