oxford indymedia will soon have a physical space for a media centre in the new Oxford Action Resource Centre.

One of the facilities in the new Resource Centre in East Oxford Community Centre will be a media centre with broadband network. It will be run on a free/donation basis for people with alt-media projects.

ox-imc collective member Jack's proposal will connect up the entire community centre, and we aim to provide wifi access for the local community as well.

Upstairs in the OARC there will also be a computer for video editing, and indymedia will offer video training from there in the near future.

Also, ParadOxford, Oxford's new internet radio station will be housed in the OARC.
