At the time they told me I was arrested, it was for Obstruction of The Highway, and subsequently for S14, but the former does not appear on the detention sheet. I dont know if this will, however be a sufficient mistake, even if it is, for me to not be charged, though the CCTV will confirm I was not present at the time of the announcement.

Also the officer's statement said he announced to those who would listen, which is not indicative of teh entire crowd getting the message.

The entire process was disorganised, partly due to there being police from many different counties in Derby.

They had to list my posessions twice since it was not first done on camera.
They did not have enough copies of PACE (codes and practices) for me or many other people to read, though it was our right.
They did not provide dinner, though they did provide refreshments which is also required, of which the only vegan thing were crisps and apples, but not enough for everyone.
They lost one of the my forms and we had to do it again.
One person was told that the slowness of our release was due to staff shortages.

for a £2 opperation it was quite a blunder.
