At least it kept some of the mood light, amidst a massive police operation - I'm glad they were there. At least 80 or so people refused to be intimidated by the full on banning of demos and turned out to register their views.

my 5 year old daughter took the day off school for this event. she is already clued up and political. street theatre and pie attacks was a very fun to explain things to her - better than i could have done in my own words. thats where the value of street theatre lies - it's a peacefull education. children need to see more of this sort of thing - after all, it's them that's going to be more effected by these environmental issues. thankyou to everyone who put this on, from both of us. she still keeps laughing because she pied bush!
