Two computers of a Genvoa Legal Forum consultant and an activist of Supporto legale, the group which helps lawyers of Genova legal forum building up the databases for the Genoa G8 trials, have been seized.

The event happened at the end of a trial against two activists previously charged of agression and robbery for an action against a group of fascists which were provoking a group of people going by train to an anti-fascist demonstration.
The seizure comes with a charge for slander presented by Anna Canepa and Andrea Canciani, the public prosecutor of the trial against 25 activist charged for devastation and sacks during the G8 of july 2001.

In front of the court there were dozens of digos (italian undercover political police) from various cities.
During the hearing they harshly intervene against those in front of the hearing room, particularly when those cops guarding Canepa (prosecutor) try to remove a hat form the head of an activist.
On the way out, during the break for the panel of judges for the decision of the sentence, we went away to eat.
We immediately notice to be followed by more than 10 digos and on the way out a line of more than 30 cops is formed for then stopping us after a block against the mac donald's glasses and order us to get in the car to go to the questura (police headquarters).
They also tried to stop us from calling the lawyers, we resist thanks to the intervention of the activists in front of the court who immediately arrive in place and the lawyers also manage to come.
We are taken to the court and the seizure takes place.
The seizure records indicate that the charges are against unknown people and the seizure is, for an assumption that on those laptops, relevant info would be found.
