However, I did find it ironic the Evan Harris had the nerve to speak considering it was him who proposed one of the draconian amendments to the Serious & Organised Crime bill currently going through parliament (see  http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2005/02/305752.html) which are nothing but a blatant threat on the right to protest in the UK.
