Microcomos 10/3 @ Maelstrom

Maelstromer | 26.02.2005 11:53

We are showing 'Microcosmos' on Thrusday 10th March at 7pm...

We were originally supposed to show 'Microcosmos' during our eco-defence fortnight earlier this year. However due to various technical hitches we were unable to do so. So we've re-scheduled it for Thurs 10th March, 7pm.

"A visual feast that is the creation of the Claude Nuridsany and Marie Perennou, who share credits as director/writer/cinematographer, and additional cinematography was done by Thierry Machado and Hugues Ruffel."

Total running time is 80 minutes, and you will never look at a 'lowly' snail in the same way again.

Maelstrom is currently based in the Old Post Office, near Hyde Park Corner, and is still going strong five months on, despite harrasment from the student landlords of adjacent flats, police interference and a court appearance.

We have open meetings every Tuesday at 5.30pm. Please feel free to come along and get involved.
