I just got news that the developers have lost their appeal, which means the boatyard stays!!!
Congratulations to all concerned.

although the planning inspector has ruled the BW must provide a site for essential services for the boating community, BW still insist on closing the boatyard, we are now awaiting eviction orders.

Hi,

I was part of eviction on 31st May, though being a member of the security, my heart drowned by watching so many sad people loosing their homes. Like any sensitive person, i have my best wishes with all the affectees and may they find a place like HOME. God bless you all.
