A Fair Trade market will be held in Gloucester Green this weekend.

The market will run from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th, 9:30am - 5:30pm (4pm finish Sunday).

There will be craft and food stalls, information and campaigning stalls, as well as entertainment over the weekend.

This will be the first of several Fair Trade markets that will be held in the UK in the coming months, leading up to one in Edinburgh in time for the G8 summit.

Campaigners will be particularly highlighting Trade Justice  http://www.tjm.org.uk/ and Make Poverty History  http://www.makepovertyhistory.org/ issues.

This event is also part of the FairTrade fortnight, see:  http://www.oxfordfairtrade.org.uk/design/filelibrary/Fairtrade%20Fortnight%202005%20-%202.pdf for other events coming up.
