The independent says today that tomorrow 25 elected heads of state will be at the Justus Lipsius / Council of Ministers building in brussels - inc blair and bush... It also says today that: "Mr Bush will breakfast with Mr Blair then make his way to the Justus Lipsius building for his briefings"...
Maybe they're gonna make their way over to the meeting by air then?
The sun quote is the same cos it doesnt say whether they will have breakfast in London or Brussels...
Though I'd assume they'd be having breakfast in brussels and not number 10.
