So it seems Noam has decided the US is responsible for the Asian Tsunami



Well what a shock, a disaster occurs on planet Earth so guess who is responsible - God, Mother Earth, Natural Forces no it's the USA of course. Despite no evidence, no scientific proof or even any understanding of the events Noam has decided the US military is responsible as a result of "secret technology testing". He of course does not explain what this is or how it works.
