Food Not Bombs startup meeting is on the 11th Feb at Maelstrom.



Anyone who wishes to be involved in starting a Food Not Bombs in Leeds should come down to a general meeting on 11th Feb (Fri) at Maelstrom. If anyone has ideas on the following aspects (or has any other ideas), that would be awesome;

1. A serving location
2. Best places to get pots and pans
3. Possible food providers

Also, if any bands are interested in playing a FNB benefit gig, then let me/us know on this email address ( fnbleeds@gmail.com).

Possible food providers

not sure of your timescale here but i allotments are a good way to provide food. last time i looked some councils were trying to sell off what is, i think, common land to property developers or whatever. great little communities seem to get going in these places. and of course, you can grow yer own grub.
