Call out for involvement in squatted infospace

What was initially supposed to be a two week temporary squatted infospace has now clearly become a long-term project and whilst this is proving to be extremely exciting as more and more groups are beginning to use the space, it also means that our small collective is a little over-stretched! Coupled with this, we are being subjected to more and more police harassment (as well as harassment from the landlords of the adjacent student flats, the tenants of which are happy to have us here) As a result; we could really do with more people getting involved. This could mean simply using the space to put on events, but also helping out with DIY, general maintenance, skipping, cooking, and keeping the space populated and welcoming. If anyone is interested, we are having open collective meetings every week at 5.30pm on a Tuesday and we would be more than delighted to see you there. If you want to email us for more details before deciding whether to get involved or not, you can email us on the email address below. Maelstrom is at The Old Post-Office, Hyde Park Corner, Leeds 6.
