Tom Hurndall remembered.

1 year ago today Tom Hurndall died after spending 9 months in a coma. He had been shot through the head by an IDF sniper while trying to lead some Palistinian children to safety in the occupied Gaz strip town of Rafah.
Tonight a dignified candlelit vigil was held at downing street to remember Tom and celebrate his life. Some jobs-worth cops forced those taking part to stand across the road from the newly fortified gates but the vigil continued regardless.
Rest in peace Tom.
