Palestinians will go to vote in the elections to the Palestinian National Authority tomorrow (Jan 9). The world's media is hyping 'democracy' and the likelihood of 'peace'. Meanwhile, Fateh will win by a landslide and the occupation will continue as before.

The Balata Film Collective has produced its first film, 'Elections under Occupation', to coincide with the elections. Filmed and edited solely by Palestinians from Balata, the film aims to give voice to the people on the streets of the camp.

Note: Palestinians tend to say things very carefully. So demanding that Abu Mazen must stick to the Red Lines indicates that there is a lack of trust that he will do this.
