How will I know if you vote in the upcoming Iraqi elections?

From the looks of this, this is a universal ruling that will also include the UK.

What is written below has come from the Iraq Out-of-Country Voting website and raises a series of serious political and human rights questions for every body, anywhere who intends on voting on Jan 30th 2005.

The quote reads:

Question:

"4. Why do eligible Iraqis have to go to the same place twice to register and then vote? Why can't registration and voting take place at the same time?"

Answer:

"The time period between the end of registration and the beginning of polling is called the Display Period. During the display period, the lists of registered Iraqis will be available for public inspection at the voter registration centres. Registered Iraqis will have the opportunity to check that their details appear correctly on the provisional voter list. Registered voters can also make a challenge to the inclusion of a voter's name on the grounds of eligibility. The Display period is in keeping with international standards."

some questions that also need to be answered are:

1) Who is going to protect people from any repercussions and intimidation inside and outside of Iraq, when their personal details are out in the wider public arena?

2) Who is giving a registered voter the legal power to object to "the inclusion of a voter's name on the grounds of eligibility." and on what legal grounds does a registered voters objection stand?

3) This vote is also taking place in the UK, a sovereign country. Where does this stand in relation to British electoral law and seeing as though most of the people voting in the Iraq elections in January, may also carry British Passports are they bound to act within British Law?

4) If anybody is allowed to "object" to the "inclusion of a voter's name on the grounds of eligibility" in the Iraq elections abroad, Does this also mean that people in the UK can object to anybody voting in UK elections?
