Halton Borough's "Dick" Tregea UK's AmbASSador to the World!

Halton 'Burrocrat' "Dick" Tregea has been recognized as jackass-of-the-year for his grief incompassion in relation to Peter Robinson's quest to honour the dying wish of his "lovely son", Sean by keeping two small solar lights on his grave. But "Dick" and his masters at Halton 'Burro' Council think not, citing concerns about "Blackpool illuminations."

An online grief community,  http://HopefulThinking.org , based in Canada has thrown it's full support behind Runcorn resident Peter Robinson, in his quest to 'wake-up' Halton Burrocrat "Dick Tregea" who - along with his masters at Halton Borough Council - refuse to allow the two small solar lights on Peter's son's grave to remain.

Steve Dawkins, Co-Founder of Hopeful Thinking, says "it's shocking that Dick et al did not 'see the light' regarding their disgusting and monstrous values and behavior in this situation." Dawkins vows that his web-based initiative to help Peter prevail - now in its 41st day - will be "ramped-up" daily until Halton "Burro" Council -  http://HaltonBurroCouncil.org - reverses its position and allows the lights to remain.

"The fact that 'Dick' ignored well over a hundred emails - mostly from grieving parents - from all over the world before Christmas and STILL did not relent is, to me, almost irredeemably callous and cruel," Dawkins added.
