ANTI - INCINERATOR PROTEST PICS!

SainSlough | 06.12.2004 11:52 | London

On Saturday 4th December, residents of Slough, Colnbrook and West London came together in defiance against the proposed Colnbrook Incinerators. Following rousing speeches from several of these citizens, over 100 people marched on the Grundon site at Colnbrook, protesting against the plan to build two huge waste incinerators and releasing 50 black balloons to symbolise the dangerous pollution given out from incinerators.

Hey,

yeh, upmost respect to the Italians, we've been constantly inspired by their resistance to the burners!
Do you know where we can get an update though, cos havnt seen anything for a while...?

If anyone from those groups or any others here or elsewhere wants to get in touch, please do so...weve got to stop these fucking things whereever they are!!

Thats a good picture by the way...mind if we use it?

Cheers, in Solidarity,
SainSlough.
