There have been some appauling incidents reported from Fallujah, ever since the US regime decided to adopt the "Hama rules" against "insurgents" there.

In this article ( http://newstandardnews.net/content/index.cfm/items/1268 ), an Iraqi journalist tells of Americans who, he says "grew easily frustrated with Iraqis who could not speak English."
He goes on to say:
"Soldiers thought the people were rejecting their orders, so they shot them. But the people just couldn't understand them."
