The film (which is a little dull I have to say) certainly shows the involvement of George Bush snr and John Major with the Carlyle Group (a matter of public record and common knowledge) but it doesn't show that either of these men somehow started conflict from which they planned to profit.

Bush snr and Major took their respective countries to war but that was a UN sanctioned event with major worldwide participation and for a just cause. Carlyle may well profit from conflict but so do many other organisations and individuals - I'm not sure what the point of the documentry was.
