HLS (Huntingdon Life Sciences) is the biggest animal testing laboratory in Europe. They were filmed by an undercover reporter punching beagle puppies in the face. What followed has been a 5 year campaign to close them down. The SHAC campaign (Stop Huntingdon Animal Cruelty) has been so successful that the government has changed several laws to try and stop it including the wearing of fave coverings at demonstrations and the right to demonstrate outside someone's house.
