SSP Benefit Xmas Meal December 3rd, 7.30pm @ Maelstrom, Leeds.

SSP will be having a benefit Xmas meal on Friday Dec 17th 7.30pm at Maelstrom in Leeds.
Solidarity South Pacific (SSP) is a campaign supporting various ecological and tribal struggles in the region. Check the website for more info.

There will also be someone involved with the campaign giving a talk.

More details will follow closer to the time.

The Solidarity South Pacific benefit meal at Maelstrom costs £3.50 and comes with a free glass of wine/juice. There will be a display of pictures from Bougainville, a very brief talk on what Solidarity South Pacific does, photos of the Philippines, a speedy update on the increasingly tense situation in Bougainville followed by eating, music to dine to, drinking and chatting!
Maelstrom is the squatted post office on Hyde Park Corner, Leeds. It is wheelchair accesible and kids are welcome.
