Going Condo: The Gentrification of St. Henri, a 48 minute first documentary by St. Antony's student Brett Story, exploring the politics of gentrification in a traditionally working class neighbourhood of Montreal, Canada.

As urban planners and housing activists all over the western world declare gentrification the newest urban trend, this documentary visits a particular neighbourhood in the midst of government planned "revitalization" and massive condo development to examine the mechanisms and consequences of gentrification. Anyone interested in housing politics, inequality and income stratification, urban planning, forced migration, anti-poverty activism or a host of other related issues would be interested in seeing this film.
