Ritchie | 14.11.2004 23:53 | Animal Liberation | London
A great turnout of around 120 people gave shoppers and tourists a clear message on Saturday November 13th, that fur is not acceptable in London. Here are a few photos, full report to come. See http://www.laa.org.uk
Over 100 protesters gathered at a packed Piccadilly Circus and leafleted passers-by as we waited to set off.

London Animal Action campaigns for animal liberation. We organise demonstrations against the fur trade, vivisection, animal circuses, zoos and also promote the vegan diet as well as many other animal related issues. We have monthly meetings on the second Monday of the month at 7.30pm at Marchmont Community Centre, Marchmont St, nearest tube Russel Square. Come along to find out how to get involved. It's a friendly atmosphere and there is usually vegan food!
