All three parties in the ruling coalition resigned from the cabinet of Bristol City Council last night. Another council meeting has been called for November 9th. Many people are calling for a peoples assembly to take over the meeting if the councillors all refuse to run the council again - otherwise Prescott will send in commisioners to run the city.
